Terms of Service

Longworth is an online software subscription that turns your description of a home renovation into visualizations, design options, an exterior walkthrough and a project brief. It is a creative and informational tool.

Longworth does not sell, broker, arrange or facilitate any property transaction, investment, fundraising, mortgage or handling of funds, and provides no investment or financial advice of any kind. Our brand and statement descriptor do not represent, and must not be read as, the “Investments” element of our registered company name. We are a digital visualization product only.

Longworth is not a licensed architect, structural engineer, planning consultant, building surveyor or builder. Outputs are style-and-massing references and are not construction drawings, structural schemes, planning permission, building-regulation sign-off or cost quotes. Any real work must be designed and carried out by qualified, licensed professionals who obtain the required local permissions.

You must be at least 13 to use the service. Users aged 13–17 must have consent from a parent or guardian. Renovation content is intended for adults, and account holders must be legally able to enter this agreement.

You are responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you submit. You agree to use the service in line with our Acceptable Use policy, including only uploading photos of a home you own or are authorised to use.

Payment terms: paid plans are USD subscriptions processed through our payment provider.

• —All prices are in US dollars (USD).
• —Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly until cancelled.
• —Plans provide a per-period allowance of projects and deliverables; allowances reset each period and do not roll over.
• —There are no credits, top-ups or stored balances; allowance is service usage, not a withdrawable balance.
• —We may change prices with notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the Refund & Cancellation policy.

We own the Longworth software and brand. You retain rights in the photos you upload. Rights in the outputs generated for you, and the licence you grant us to process your uploads, are described in the Content License.

You must not rely on outputs as engineering, planning or cost documents. Indicative budget bands are wide informational ranges, not quotes. See the AI Disclaimer for the full boundary of what the tool does.

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Longworth is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions taken in reliance on outputs without professional advice. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
