This document explains ownership and licensing of the photos you upload and the outputs Longworth generates for you.
Last updated: 2026-07-12 · Governing law: England and Wales
1. Your uploads stay yours
You keep all ownership of the home photos and content you upload. You grant Longworth a limited, revocable licence to store and process them solely to generate the visualizations, options, walkthroughs and briefs you request.
2. Scope and duration of the licence
- —The licence is limited to producing and delivering your outputs and operating the service.
- —We do not use your uploads or outputs to train AI models.
- —Uploaded photos are cleared from cache by default within 30 days.
- —The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to short technical backup cycles.
3. Your generated outputs
Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the visuals, walkthroughs and briefs generated for you for your own personal renovation planning and for sharing with your architect, builder or family. Outputs are informational references, not professional documents.
4. Responsibility for inputs
You confirm you have the rights to any photo you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights. See the Acceptable Use policy for the property and consent rules.
5. Our platform
Longworth's software, brand, illustrative imagery and interface remain owned by LONGWORTH INVESTMENTS LIMITED. Illustrative images on this site show the tool's exterior directions and are not real client homes.
