Privacy Policy
This policy explains how LONGWORTH INVESTMENTS LIMITED ("Longworth", "we") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you use the Longworth online visualization subscription at longinve.shop.
Last updated: 2026-07-12 · Governing law: England and Wales
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is LONGWORTH INVESTMENTS LIMITED, 8 Somerdale Avenue Heaton, BL1 5HS, United Kingdom. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights, contact support@longinve.shop or call +44 7681606816.
2. What we collect
- —Contact information and account data: name, email address, phone number if provided, and authentication identifiers.
- —Subscription and billing data: plan, billing status and the last four digits and card brand as returned by our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number.
- —Studio inputs: the text descriptions you type, project types and directions you select, and any home photos you choose to upload.
- —Generated outputs: the visuals, option boards, walkthroughs and project briefs the tool creates for you.
- —Support data: messages you send us through the contact and consultation forms.
- —Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and basic usage and error logs.
3. Collection sources and where the data comes from
Most data comes directly from you when you create an account, use the Studio, subscribe or contact us. Technical data is collected automatically by our hosting and analytics providers. Billing status comes from our payment processor.
This is an online-only digital AI service with no physical goods, shipping, installation, architectural or construction services. Your user input, uploaded home photos and generated output are processed only to operate the visualizer, provide support and keep subscription records.
4. Why we use it and our legal bases
- —To provide the visualization service you request — performance of a contract.
- —To process subscriptions and prevent payment fraud — contract and legitimate interests.
- —To provide support and respond to your messages — contract and legitimate interests.
- —To maintain, secure and improve the service — legitimate interests.
- —To send service and billing notices — contract; to send optional product updates — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- —To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
5. How we handle your Studio inputs and outputs
Your text prompts, selections and any uploaded home photos are processed only to generate your visualizations, options, walkthroughs and briefs. Where an AI provider is enabled, the minimal necessary user input may be sent to that AI provider solely to create the requested output.
- —We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated results to train AI models.
- —Uploaded photos are cached only as long as needed to produce your deliverables and are cleared by default within 30 days.
- —Generated outputs are kept in your account so you can return to them, and are deleted when you delete the project or your account.
- —You can request deletion of specific inputs, outputs or uploads at any time by emailing us.
6. Payment provider boundary
Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. Card details are entered on the processor's secure checkout, not on our servers. We never see or store your full card number, expiry or security code. We only receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata needed to manage your subscription.
7. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with processors acting on our instructions:
- —Hosting and application infrastructure providers.
- —Our payment processor for subscriptions and refunds.
- —Email and support delivery providers.
- —Analytics and error-monitoring providers.
- —A generative model provider, where enabled, to produce your requested outputs.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant) to protect your data.
9. How long we keep it
- —Account and subscription records: for the life of your account and up to 6 years afterwards for tax and accounting.
- —Uploaded photos: cleared from cache by default within 30 days.
- —Generated projects and outputs: until you delete them or close your account.
- —Support messages: up to 24 months.
- —Technical and security logs: typically up to 12 months.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. Payment card data is isolated within our payment processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and regulators of any breach as required.
11. Your rights (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
Subject to law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@longinve.shop. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) or your local EU supervisory authority.
12. Your rights (California / CCPA)
California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, request deletion or correction, and are entitled to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA. To exercise a Do Not Sell or Share request, email us; because we do not sell or share, no data is transferred for those purposes.
13. Automated decisions and children
The Studio generates visuals from your input, but we do not make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you.
The service is not for children under 13, who may not use it. Users aged 13–17 must have consent from a parent or guardian; renovation content is intended for adults.
14. Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in and security and limited analytics cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details and choices.
15. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Contact LONGWORTH INVESTMENTS LIMITED, 8 Somerdale Avenue Heaton, BL1 5HS, United Kingdom, or support@longinve.shop.
