AI Disclaimer
This page sets out exactly what the Longworth tool produces and the limits you must respect when using it.
Last updated: 2026-07-12 · Governing law: England and Wales
1. What the outputs are
Longworth uses AI to generate visualizations, design options, exterior walkthroughs, material palettes and indicative budget bands from your description and any photos you upload. These are visual and informational references to help you picture and discuss a renovation.
2. What the outputs are not
- —Not construction or working drawings.
- —Not structural, load-bearing, electrical or drainage designs.
- —Not planning permission, building-regulation approval or any planning consent.
- —Not a survey, feasibility confirmation or professional cost quote.
- —Not architectural, structural, planning, legal, tax or financial advice.
3. Accuracy and judgement
AI outputs can contain inaccuracies. Massing, proportions, materials, dimensions and any budget or feasibility hints are approximate and must be checked against real measurements and professional assessment. Indicative budget bands are wide USD ranges for orientation only, never quotes.
4. Always use a licensed professional
Before any real work, engage a licensed architect, structural engineer, registered builder or surveyor to design and carry out the project, and obtain the required local permissions such as planning permission and building-regulation approval. Do not act on a Longworth visualization alone.
5. No investment or property services
Longworth outputs are visualization aids only. They are not investment, property, mortgage or valuation advice, and the tool does not facilitate any property or financial transaction.
6. Where this appears
You will see a short version of this disclaimer next to the tool inputs and outputs throughout the Studio. Using the service means you accept these limits. Questions? Email support@longinve.shop.
