Refund & Cancellation Policy

Longworth is a recurring subscription. Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or yearly — until you cancel. Each period includes an allowance of projects and deliverables that resets at renewal and does not roll over. There are no credits or stored balances to refund.

• —You can cancel at any time from the customer portal or by emailing us.
• —On cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• —After that, the plan does not renew and no further charges are made.
• —Cancelling does not delete your account; you can delete your data separately.

Refund eligibility is assessed under the rules below and any mandatory consumer law that applies.

• —Because plans deliver access to a working tool immediately, part-used billing periods are not generally refundable.
• —Unused monthly or yearly allowance is not refunded when you cancel.
• —If you were charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable for a sustained period, contact us and we will review a fair pro-rata or full refund.
• —Where you have mandatory statutory refund or cancellation rights, those rights are unaffected by this policy.

If a generated visual is unsatisfactory, our first step is to regenerate it within your plan allowance. Dissatisfaction with a creative, informational output is not by itself a basis for a subscription refund.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first at support@longinve.shop so we can resolve it quickly. Payment disputes raised with your bank are handled through our payment processor.

Approved refunds are returned in USD to the original payment method through our payment processor, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
