How do I start a project?
Open the Studio, describe your renovation or pick a project type, then follow the four steps: describe, visualize, walkthrough, brief.
What formats can I export?
You can download each visual asset, a text Project Brief and a browser-recorded walkthrough clip in 16:9 and 9:16. On the Plan and Studio tiers you also get the full six-deliverable set.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription from the customer portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; unused allowance is not refunded.
Do you keep my uploaded photos?
Uploaded photos are processed to generate your visuals and cleared from cache by default after 30 days. See the Content License and Privacy Policy.
Is the budget band a quote?
No. Budget bands are wide, informational ranges in USD. Real costs depend on your home, region and specification and must come from a professional.
Which plan has walkthrough video?
The Studio plan includes exterior walkthroughs, multi-option boards and day-to-dusk lighting studies.
